This one day event focusing, on Mental, Social, Emotional and Physical Wellness, will give you additional life changing tools, strategies and insights that enhance your life and support your growth.

Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a practice of passive healing.  It is gentle, supportive and therapeutic. This session is led by a licensed yoga instructor. You do not need any prior yoga experience.

Managing Your Mind:  We have constant thoughts swirling in our heads about our to-dos, mistakes from the past, anticipation for things in the future, and what needs our attention in the here and now. In addition, we criticize, analyze, over-think, judge, and label our experiences.  How we move through the world is very much impacted by our thoughts. In this session, we will discuss how to recognize common thinking errors that may be causing you difficulty and how to utilize healthy thought patterns.  Effective strategies and tools will be shared that will make a difference in how your thoughts affect your life. This guided discussion will be led by a licensed independent counselor.

Embracing Your Emotions:  Expressing emotions accurately and effectively, can help in personal and professional relationships. And strategies for recognizing and managing emotions can reduce stress and improve your mood and overall well being. In this session, led by a licensed independent social worker, you will gain an overview of the RULER (recognizing, understanding, labeling, expressing, and regulating) approach to emotions and how to put that learning into practice every day.

AWE Walk:  This practice is designed to help you get to see and feel awe in your day to day.  This session will turn an ordinary walk into a series of awe-inspiring moments, filled with delightful surprises. It's a small bit of time that can have huge benefits.  The walk will be the length and pace of each participant's ability.  If you are unable to walk, please let us know and we will have an alternate method of the practice.

Hands On Project:  Each session (except Restorative Yoga) will have a hands on activity (or several) that complements what you are learning.

Cost: $150 per person

This includes four sessions, lunch and all materials for the sessions.

The cost is fully refundable until March 1.  Between March 1 and March 10, the cost is fully refundable less a $25 service fee.  After March 10, no refunds.
